Mung Beans Sprouts are used in preparation of various dishes like soup, pizza crust, stir fry, sandwich and salad. Sprouted mung beans are rich in vitamins A, C, B and E, they are packed with the minerals potassium, iron, calcium and magnesium, as well as amino acid. They contain approximately 20% of protein, making it a true powerhouse food.

You will need:
Containers to soak beans
Bowl
Sieve
Towel
Direction:
Soak mung beans overnight.
Rinse them throughly in the sieve, and keep it over the bowl, cover with towel.
Rinse them twice a day: first in the morning and second time in the evening, then cover with a towel.
After 5 days they are ready to consume. Store them in the fridge.
